Frequently Asked Questions

How often do you offer dog poop removal service?

We offer poop removal service once, twice and three times per week, as well as a one-time service.

What does your service include?

Our service includes the cleanup and removal of dog poop from your yard.  We also fill up your dog's water bowl and give your dog our love (if he or she wants it!).

Do you offer service to residential or commercial properties?

Both!  Rates for our poop removal service of residential properties are listed on our Rates page.  For commercial rates, please call us at 707-312-8009.

Do I have to sign a contract?

NO!  We do not require our customers to sign a contract.  Our poop removal service may be cancelled anytime.

Can my dog be in the yard during the poop removal service?

If your dog is friendly and allows visitors to come onto your property, he/she may stay in the yard.  Otherwise, we ask that your dog be secured away from the area where our technician will be cleaning.

Do I have to be home during the poop removal service?

You only need to be home for the initial visit, which takes about 10 minutes.  Thereafter, simply leave the gate to your yard unlocked and accessible.

Can I schedule my service for a particular day?

We have a set service schedule, however we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How am I billed?

Payment is due during our initial visit to begin service, and then every four weeks via online automatic payments (Paypal).  If we have not received payment by your next due service date last paid month of service, a $15 late fee will be charged.  We accept all major credit cards, no cash or checks.  To cancel or change service, give us a call.

Do you offer any discounts?

YES!  We offer several discounts to new and existing customers.  Please go to our Promotional Offers page.

What do you mean by "satisfaction guaranteed"?

We strive to keep our customers happy!  If you contact us within 24 hours of your last poop removal, we will return to your home to make it right.  If we cannot make it right, we will give you one additional free service visit.  Please note that we cannot guarantee a complete poop removal service if the poop is loose (diarrhea), or the area is muddy, rocky, overgrown with grass or weeds, or covered with leaves.  Please see our policies.

Do you offer a one-time poop removal service?

YES!  Please contact us to schedule a free estimate.

What if I forget to unlock my gate?

If we arrive at your home and cannot access your yard, you will be charged for the visit.  We will return on your next scheduled service date.

My dog is not stranger friendly.  What if I forget to secure him on my service date?

If we arrive at your home and your dog is not secure, we cannot complete our service.  You will be charged for the visit.  We will return on your next schedule service date.

What do you do with the poop?

Poop is removed from your property and disposed as per county regulations.

What happens if I move?

Contact us at least 7 days in advance of your move.  If you are moving within our service area, indicate your new address so we may provide continuous service.  If you are moving outside our service area, cancel your service within 24 hours of your next scheduled service to avoid being charged.

Do you provide service if it's raining or if air quality is poor?

No, we do not provide dog poop removal service when it's raining, thundering or lightening.  We also do not provide service when the air quality level on Airnow.gov indicates anything but "Good".  However, you will be charged because when we return, there will be double the poop.

What if I need to skip a service or go on vacation?

If you need to skip a service, please give us a call.

Do you work on holidays?
We do not work on MLK Day, Presidents Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, the day before Thanksgiving through Black Friday, and Christmas Eve through New Years Day.  Your service will resume the following week.  No refunds are given because the dog poop will be double the amount.
